Duration and scope of the limited warranty

This transferrable limited warranty, which is provided by Amijag, Inc., having its place of business at 6222 Richmond Avenue Suite 690, Houston, TX 77057 (“Amijag”), applies to a watch described on the Amijag.com website, eBay, Amazon or any other marketplace sold under Amijag trade name as “certified, pre-owned”, purchased by you in the continental United States of America, or Alaska or Hawaii, from Amijag directly or any third-party authorized reseller in store or online that is approved to sell certified, pre-owned watches (“Watch”). This limited warranty begins on the date you purchase the Watch and lasts for one (1) year.

THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT. AMIJAG DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY UNDER THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that allows you to track your order. To ensure the security of your package, this email will not contain a FedEx® tracking number for orders over $1,500.00, but the package will still be trackable via the email. If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. If your delivery is under $1,500 and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx® may require a signature. These requirements are for your protection. Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise.
